Job Description

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategic direction of retail banking products.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term product strategy that aligns with the bank's corporate vision and market positioning.
  • Leverage data analytics and market research to gain deep insights into customer needs, behaviors, and preferences across different segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategy supports business growth objectives and enhances market share in key customer segments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex product portfolios, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through innovative product development and digital transformation.


Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field; MBA from a reputable institution preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in retail banking, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles overseeing diverse product portfolios.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing the complete product lifecycle of multiple retail banking products, including deposit products, savings & investment products, cards & payments, lending products, insurance & bancassurance, and digital banking products.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies, and strong financial modeling and business case development capabilities for complex banking products.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence across organizational levels.
