  • We drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights, partnering with the business to help them move through their hiring processes efficiently.
  • We conduct in-depth behavioural talent interviews providing considerable insights into motivations and behaviours.
  • We build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure we deliver against our hiring agenda, closely monitoring hiring activities, driving results and ensuring that there is consistency in our operational processes.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">We are looking for individuals with an exceptional academic background, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Psychology-based subject. They should have strong analytical problem-solving abilities, exposure to psychometric assessments, and experience conducting behavioural, competency-based interviews. A passion for how an organisation selects talent using scientific approaches is essential.

  • An exceptional academic background including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Psychology-based subject.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving ability to identify trends and patterns using R or Python, SQL, statistical analysis, BI tooling etc.
  • Exposure to psychometric assessments, including interpretation.
  • Experience of conducting behavioural, competency-based interviews with the ability to train stakeholders and advise on how to get the best out of an interview.
