Marketing Analytics Leader

The Marketing Analytics Leader will play a crucial role in driving business growth by leveraging data science and marketing analytics to inform strategic decision-making. As a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in data-driven marketing, you will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives and customer insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop analytical models that improve targeted marketing efforts and customer interactions.
• Oversee campaign phases, from planning and creative development to execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data science and marketing analytics to maintain expertise in data-driven marketing.
• Mentor junior team members to promote data literacy and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field, with a master's degree being desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing campaign management with a focus on data science.
• A proven track record of leading data-driven marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software.
• Expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• A strategic thinker with hands-on campaign execution and analysis skills.
