Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining smooth workflows and ensuring adherence to established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate monitoring of operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery and contract compliance.
  • Support resource allocation and budget tracking to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on operational progress and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly.
