Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Muscat for a Technical Support position. The Technical Support specialist will assist customers with technical issues, handle troubleshooting, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, analyzing technical problems, and offering effective solutions. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer support and ensuring all technical issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills

Strong Analytical Skills

Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Experience in the education or technology sector is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
