Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, quality objectives, and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
  • Coordinate resources across departments and manage external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to mitigate risks and address issues.
  • Lead technical evaluations through bidding processes and evaluate proposals.
  • Supervise the design team from concept to final approved designs.

Risk and Quality Management:

  • Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans to minimize disruption to project timelines.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and maintained project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into future projects.

Stakeholder and Communication Management:

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across project teams and with external partners.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and key decisions.

Financial and Resource Management:

  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.

Process Innovation and Automation:

  • Drive process improvements through innovative, automated, and digital solutions.

Business Governance:

  • Ensure adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all operational activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering,
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • PMP certification preferred.
