The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Food and Beverage department, including menu development, inventory management, and staffing. They will also oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, bars, and lounges, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement a comprehensive food and beverage strategy that aligns with the hotel's vision and brand personality.
  • To supervise and coordinate all business activities in Food & Beverage Service, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • To consistently monitor F&B costs and recommend proactive action to enhance profitability.
