Oman Spa Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility.
Job DescriptionAs a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and driving business growth through innovative service offerings and marketing strategies. You will lead a team of therapists, receptionists, and support staff to deliver a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Hire, train, and manage spa staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints
- Create staff schedules and manage payroll
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Analyze financial reports and manage budgets
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for wellness and customer service. A background in hospitality or wellness management is preferred, along with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role
