Sustainable Architectural Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned Discipline Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving architectural excellence across our high-profile projects in Oman. With a strong background in sustainable design and innovative problem-solving, you will lead a team of architects and engineers in delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading the Architectural Team: Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight to ensure the success of our architectural team.
  • Design Development: Oversee all design stages, ensuring alignment with client briefs, project goals, and international best practices.
  • Project Management: Manage project lifecycles from conceptual design to construction documentation and completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality.
  • Site Supervision: Collaborate with site teams to resolve design-related issues during construction and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to uphold architectural integrity and compliance throughout the design and build process.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, interpreting their needs and providing creative, context-sensitive solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Omani building codes, zoning laws, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with global architectural trends, sustainable design principles, new materials, and advanced technologies to drive continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or similar Engineering Discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of delivering successful architectural projects
  • Strong portfolio of completed commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
  • Expertise in design and visualization software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and mentoring capabilities
