We are seeking an experienced Senior Interface Manager to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of professional experience, with at least 4-5 years in a similar position. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory, and an engineering degree or equivalent is required.

This role involves ensuring timely coordination, planning, and management of interfaces between the Sohar Package and other Packages or stakeholders in engineering, construction, and commissioning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating interfaces to prevent delays at the project and package levels
  • Fostering a proactive, constructive, and cooperative work environment among involved parties and disciplines
  • Ensuring compliance with project governance, general rules, and requirements (operational safety, administrative rules, code of conduct, etc.)
  • Maintaining a commitment to safety and environmental aspects of major construction projects

In addition, the Senior Interface Manager will contribute to Interface Management by:

  • Complying with the project HSE plan and sustainability roadmap
  • Maintaining confidentiality and intellectual property throughout the project and engineering activities execution
  • Participating in project and shareholder reviews and audits
Benefits

This is a residential role requiring 5 days per week, with a renewable contract for 12 months.
