Project Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a portfolio of civil engineering design projects. This role includes managing a range of projects—from specialized studies to major infrastructure developments.

About the Role:
  • Manage civil engineering design projects, including transportation (roads, highways, bridges, traffic studies), water resources (dams, reservoirs, flood control), geotechnical (site investigations, foundations, slope stability), and coastal/marine (ports, harbors, coastal protection).
  • Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental teams, CAD technicians, and specialists.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders.

You will ensure timely, high-quality delivery, support cross-functional collaboration, and maintain compliance with standards, codes, regulations, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify risks and apply mitigation strategies.
  2. Deliver concise reports and design documentation to stakeholders.
  3. Promote teamwork and effective communication.
  4. Maintain organized project records and use project management tools to monitor workflows and documentation.
