We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Quality Control Specialist to lead our quality management initiatives on civil projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.">
  • Assist in the development of project-specific quality management plans, aligning with company policies and industry best practices.">
  • Provide training and mentorship to site QAQC personnel to foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.">
  • Facilitate root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.">
  • Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports, highlighting trends and areas for improvement to senior management.">
  • Interface with clients and stakeholders to manage quality-related concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.">

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.">
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant QAQC experience in the construction industry, specifically in civil projects.">
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or equivalent are highly desirable.">
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, demonstrating a track record of successful quality management.">
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially in regions with diverse workforces.">
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards relevant to civil engineering.">
  • Proficient in using QAQC software tools and project management applications for documentation and tracking.">
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.">
