Job Title:

Financial Controller

Overview

As a seasoned Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization. This includes general accounting, project accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Accounting
  • Manage the general ledger, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Project Accounting
  • Oversee project accounting functions, including invoicing, cost tracking, and project forecasting.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for all departments.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Analysis
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements

For this role, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller who can bring their expertise to our team. Key requirements include:

  • CPA or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a controller or senior accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
