Job Description

This is a key role within the organization, responsible for leading the finance function and providing strategic support to senior management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, as well as experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

They will work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive financial experience in hospitality, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards in Oman or the GCC region
  • Proficiency in financial systems and hotel ERP software (e.g., Sun, Opera, SAP)
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
