3. Partner with internal stakeholders to design and promote wellness programs that elevate brand reputation.
4. Cultivate relationships with local suppliers and vendors to source high-quality products and services.
5. Maintain accurate financial records, track key performance indicators, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
• A deep understanding of the luxury spa market, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
