- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
- A deep understanding of the luxury spa market, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
