Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our remote engineering team in developing and delivering high-quality software solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who can motivate, guide, and mentor a team of engineers to achieve exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of remote engineers in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions
  • Mentor and coach engineers to enhance their skills and career development
  • Set and manage expectations with other teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
  • Advocate and advance modern software development practices
  • Participate in the engineering process through code and architectural review
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of modern Linux cloud computing technologies, including networking, storage, containers, and Kubernetes
  • Strong experience in leading high-performing teams and developing talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, STEM, or similar field
  • Experience programming in C and/or Go
