We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a timely manner. Your main objective will be to serve food and beverage while delivering outstanding customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To have a thorough understanding of the outlet's concept and food and beverage offerings, enabling effective communication with guests.
  • To maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency in the workplace, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • To operate the POS system accurately and efficiently, processing food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
  • To deliver service that meets the highest standards, responding to guest needs and expectations.
  • To work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and superiors to achieve common goals.
  • To continuously improve product knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with new information and trends.
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • To conserve outlet equipment and utensils in good condition through proper handling and side duties as assigned.
  • To assist in picking up stocks, including linen, beverage, dried goods, and arrange them accordingly.
  • To ensure product knowledge is up-to-date.
  • To inform management and kitchen colleagues of any special guest preferences or allergies.
  • To support other outlets as assigned by the Restaurant/Outlet Manager.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to avoid misunderstandings.
  • To be a team player and cooperate with colleagues in operational tasks.
  • To observe guest needs and expectations and consistently delight and satisfy every guest.
  • To create WOW moments to surprise and delight guests in the Restaurants through gestures and actions.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance to the MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs), the MOHG Pillars, and the respective service standards of MOQA.
