Digital Project Coordinator Lead

The ideal candidate will be a skilled and experienced professional with a deep understanding of digital technology and project management.
This role requires the ability to connect with various stakeholders to drive value for the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Digital Ambassador: Ensure that key division information is well-known and anticipated within the organization.
- Primary Contact: Collect and understand business needs to operationalize the division digital strategy into concrete actions and activities.
- Pivot Within the Organization: Ensure each division request is understood, designed, developed, tested, and deployed correctly once prioritized.
- Roadmap Execution: Follow and support the roadmap execution within the organization, ensuring timelines, resources, and objectives are met.
- Synergies and Governance: Create synergies with other business partners and departments to identify transversal topics; maintain strong relationships with digital/IT communities through tailored governance and an "always on" communication approach.
- Proactive Support: Share useful information to the division and develop ways of working to ensure the division is correctly supported.
- Brand Understanding: Ability to comprehend and operate the essence of the brand—its mission, vision, legacy, and values—and align strategies and actions accordingly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solution-minded: Ability to identify effective solutions with a problem-solving mindset.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to use logic and reasoning to analyze strengths and weaknesses of various solutions and approaches.
- Project Management: Strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret operational data to make strategic decisions and leverage opportunities.
