This role focuses on developing and implementing effective communication strategies for clients. As a Communications Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring projects meet client objectives, and overseeing the entire project cycle.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the project lead and primary client contact, managing scope and agreements to meet both client and agency needs.
  • Build trusted, long-standing relationships with clients, advising them on communications strategies while keeping agency interests in mind.
  • Develop, write, and present creative communications and social media strategies, managing the entire communication cycle from briefing to implementation.
  • Oversee client communication channels, monitor performance, and provide proactive analysis, reports, and recommendations to enhance engagement and effectiveness.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent presentation, communication, and multitasking skills. A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business is also required, along with at least 5 years of experience in project management.

In addition, having a good understanding of other marketing channels, especially digital advertising and PR, is highly desirable.
