Key Responsibilities

The Health and Safety Instructor will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Safety Training: Conduct safety training for employees and management on HSE matters.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure training programs comply with all relevant local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, certifications, and performance evaluations.
  • Consultation and Support: Provide on-site consultation and support to employees and management on HSE matters.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date on current HSE trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Evaluation Skills: Ability to assess and evaluate trainee performance and knowledge retention.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs concurrently.
