Mechanical Maintenance Instructor Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Mechanical Maintenance Instructor. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to teach mechanical maintenance techniques and procedures to students or employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, as well as assessing student knowledge and skills. They will work closely with our team to ensure that all training programs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

About the Role

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Instructor who has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a mechanical maintenance instructor or trainer, as well as proficiency with modern mechanical maintenance tools and technologies.

The selected candidate will also have a strong understanding of industry safety standards and regulations, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience with online learning platforms and digital teaching tools.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on mechanical maintenance techniques and procedures.
  • Assess student knowledge and skills, and provide feedback to students and management.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that all training programs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mechanical maintenance and share knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements
