Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of engineers.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills and knowledge, as well as strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of engineers
  • Coaching, mentoring, and providing career development feedback
  • Identifying and measuring team health indicators
  • Implementing disciplined engineering processes
  • Representing the team and product to stakeholders, partners, and customers
  • Developing and evangelising great engineering and organisational practices
  • Planning and managing progress on agreed goals and projects
  • Collaborating with other leaders in the organisation
