Job Title: Villa Attendant

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Villa Attendant at Six Senses Zighy Bay. As a key member of the resort's operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the villa, providing exceptional service to guests, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily arrivals according to occupancy reports in coordination with the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Assist guests with special needs and requirements.
  • Stock supply wheel trolley with required room supplies for shift.
  • Replace supplies in the rooms such as stationary folders, guest supplies, compendiums, hotel brochures, and information regarding hotel services and facilities.
  • Remove furniture, curtains, and other fixtures requiring repair, replacement, spotting, waxing, or cleaning.
  • Change bed linen with clean sheets and pillowcases as per resort policy.
  • Care for all details, style, and overall appearance of all areas.
  • Apply, use, and maintain equipment with care and responsibility.
  • Provide turn-down service according to standard, including restocking minibar.
  • Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. Maintain and exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years' experience in a comparable hotel setting. A hospitality diploma or degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
  • Technical skills include proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS, and CRM platforms. Good understanding of scheduling, cleaning procedures, chemicals, and surfaces.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, ability to live in a remote location for extended periods, and willingness to travel on single status.
