Colleagues Accommodation Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage colleague accommodation at our hotel/resort facilities.

This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities and services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of HR in maintaining high-quality colleague accommodations, facilities, and public areas under your responsibility.
  • Evaluate and maintain amenities and facilities to ensure they align with our wellness and sustainability practices.
  • Collaborate with departments to determine and meet the needs of colleagues and oversee the smooth operation of the team.
  • Oversee housekeeping and laundry facilities to ensure a secure environment for all colleagues.
  • Enhance the experience by assessing room amenities, services, and products to keep them relevant and aligned with our values.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent and over five years of experience in a similar operational role are preferred.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English and the ability to live in a remote location for extended periods.
