Financial Analysis Professional

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analysis professional to join our team. As a key member of the financial analysis department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data and conducting sensitivity analysis for a bank in Oman.

You will have extensive experience in analyzing financial statements, conducting ratio and trend analysis, and preparing financial models for projection and forecasting purposes. Your expertise as a financial analyst in a banking/financial institution is crucial to this role.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the preparation of credit proposals, memos, and other related reports.
  2. Assess the financial worthiness of existing or prospective clients.
  3. Examine financial transactions and history on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Complete ratio, trend, and cash flow analyses and create projections.
  5. Deliver a multidimensional perspective on proposed lending in an accessible and informative manner.
  6. Determine the degree of risk involved in each case.
  7. Analyze data thoroughly and produce clear, objective reports.
  8. Monitor exposures for compliance and early warning signals.
  9. Adhere to the bank's financial policies and guidelines.
