We are seeking a skilled and experienced CRMnext/BusinessNext Product Consultant to join our team in Oman.

This role involves working closely with our client to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing CRMnext/BusinessNext projects
  • Designing simple and complex workflows
  • Developing custom components and reports
  • Integrating with third-party systems
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Experience in the CRMnext/BusinessNext platform, specifically with Gold 7 and above version.
  2. Prior experience in implementing CRMnext/BusinessNext projects and being part of the core implementation and development team.
  3. Proficient in Gold 7 and above version of CRMnext/BusinessNext with hands-on experience in functional and technical solution development.
  4. Expertise in designing simple and complex workflows in Auto flow, Business Process flow, Screen flow.
  5. Strong understanding of SOAP and REST-based API integration methodologies.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  7. Experience in BFSI domain is mandatory.
  8. Out-of-the-box thinking with new ideas and solutions to improve existing processes and solutions.
