Job Summary

Cable Production Specialist responsible for manufacturing high-quality cables by following production guidelines and adhering to quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce cables with accurate specifications by following the Quality Compliance Plan at rated speeds.
  • Set up jobs efficiently and effectively by following operating procedures.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Verify cable orders meet specifications in the machine.
  • Update and insert data into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Vocational training in cable manufacturing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience operating lay-up machines.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Basic understanding of production and quality management.
  • In-process testing and inspection techniques.
  • Basic technical skills and proficiency in MES systems.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team-oriented setting and maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to quality standards.
