Senior Payment System Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Payment System Consultant with expertise in Debit Card Systems and Postilion Switch to assume key responsibilities.

  • Manage payment systems, oversee projects, CRs, and production fixes to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of initiatives related to Debit Cards and ATM acquiring, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Configure and develop on Postilion Switch, support regression testing, and perform technical certifications with Visa, MasterCard, and CBO.
  • Act as Technical Lead for assigned projects, guiding analysis and implementation strategies.
  • Support performance testing, ISO testing, and other assessments for Debit Card Systems and ATM acquiring.
  • Participate in business requirements and design phases of projects and change requests.
  • Perform configuration changes in Postilion applications and support ongoing projects impacting Postilion.
  • Establish operational procedures, SLAs, and KPIs; oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and teams for system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to prevent downtime.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensure SLA compliance, and align support with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and banking regulations; oversee audit processes and documentation.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience managing payment systems like Visa, MasterCard, and Payment Card Systems.
  • Must have strong experience with Postilion Switch and banking domain knowledge.
  • Expertise in payment protocols, APIs, and integration technologies is essential for success.
  • Experience with Debit Card Systems, ATMs, Statement Printers, Kiosk Machines, and Instance Issuance within the Payment System domain is required.
