As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing ingredients and cooking dishes to the highest standards, under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Assisting with food preparation and plating, to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Working effectively with other kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive team dynamic.
  • Staying up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques, through continuous training and professional development.
  • Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming, setting an example for your colleagues.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual who can contribute to our kitchen team's success. Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of international and regional cuisines.
  • Experience in food preparation and recipe development, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.
  • Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
