Job Title: Compensation Specialist

This position is responsible for supporting all activities related to the salary administration program and other duties assigned.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Human Resource principles and tools, as well as excellent written communication skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or a related field is required, with a preference for minors in HR studies. At least 3-4 years of relevant experience are also necessary for this role.

  1. Adjust employee salaries due to internal influences (promotion, merit, general increase, annual increment, lump-sum increase) and external influences.
  2. Develop job descriptions for all staff positions within the company.
  3. Collect information required for the salary survey provided by external consultants.
  4. Communicate and collect monthly employee data from HRMS and line managers as required.
  5. Review current compensation for new incumbents and compare with company salary rates to determine offers.
  6. Set and recommend appropriate salary and grade for new hires, aligning with current salary structure.
  7. Evaluate the current compensation range for all company positions.
  8. Handle compensation inquiries to ensure quality customer service to employees.
  9. Analyze employee data using statistical methods such as Excel Pivot tables, regression, and path analysis.
  10. Prepare monthly reports on new hires and salary adjustments.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or a related field, with a preference for minors in HR studies.
