Integration Engineering Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced integration engineering manager to join our team. As an integration engineering manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engineering solutions using Go, Python, and open-source tools, and partnering with business customers to understand their data and integrations needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a software developer in Python and excellent understanding of integration patterns. They will also have experience as a hands-on engineering manager or team lead and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of engineering solutions.
- Partner with business customers to understand their data and integrations needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
Requirements:
- Experience as a software developer in Python.
- Excellent understanding of integration patterns.
- Experience as a hands-on engineering manager or team lead.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience as a software developer in a high-level language, preferably Go.
- Experience in roles such as sales, finance, or operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
