Country Manager - Oman

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Oman, overseeing daily activities and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand our presence in the Omani market, aligning with company standards and guidelines.
  • Bolster a high-performing team by recruiting skilled professionals for key roles.
  • Oversight of corporate business objectives and strategies implementation.
  • Full ownership and delivery of operational results.
  • Maintaining sound financial performance.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Serve as our primary ambassador, safeguarding and promoting our reputation in the market.
  • Overall responsibility for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to Compliance and Governance policies, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • Over 10 years' experience in the ICT industry, with at least 5 years covering the Oman market or similar geography.
  • At least 5 years in managerial positions.
  • Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Technology, or related field.
  • Master's degree or additional certifications beneficial.
  • Ability to manage complete operational statements.
  • Strong understanding of Accounting, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR principles.
  • Familiarity with technology products and solutions, along with delivery methods.
  • Experience managing diverse channel ecosystems.
  • Capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record in managing multicultural teams.
  • Robust knowledge of Compliance and Corporate governance.
  • Strong strategic planning skills, ability to present plans to stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic an advantage.
