  • Ensure compliance with Omani labor laws and industry standards by staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development programs, to attract, retain, and grow top talent.
  • Support change management efforts, helping employees navigate organizational transformations and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Analyze HR data to inform decisions, identify areas for improvement, and drive process enhancements that positively impact business outcomes.
