Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Systems (IS) professional to join our team as an IS Operations Manager. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IS department, ensuring that all systems and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer science or IT, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for managing a team of IS staff, providing technical assistance and advice to hotel management, and coordinating the timely repair and return to service of faulty systems or equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the IS department, including supervising staff and coordinating daily operations
  • Provide technical assistance and advice to hotel management on IS-related matters
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of IS equipment and systems
  • Establish and implement procedures to ensure data backup and security
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new IS policies and procedures
