**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team in daily operation activities, performing administrative tasks, and coordinating with supporting departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the production team in daily operation activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as ERP/365 operation on a daily basis.
  • Facilitate operations for day-to-day requirements such as raw material procurement, system updates, and transfer orders to stores.
  • Coordinate with supporting departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Arrange and assist all work needs for the shop floor for day-to-day work requirements.
  • Manage communication with suppliers for delivery reports and daily reports.
  • Support the production team in enforcing company policies and standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and issue purchase orders to ensure enough raw materials are available for production.
  • Track daily operations and report and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate databases.
  • Plan and organize training events for shop floor employees.
  • Prepare and maintain operational documents and reports.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures.
  • Support the quality assurance program.
  • Perform any task assigned by Senior Supervisor or Superintendent.
  • Ensure all duties are completed on a daily basis, regardless of holidays.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/High School.
  • Minimum 6 years of production or related experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong computer proficiency. Word, Excel.
  • Experience with inventory management database, or similar software is beneficial.
  • Must be detail and solution-oriented.
  • Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience implementing operational processes.
  • Knowledge of operational principles and policies.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team leadership skills.
  • Has a desire to learn and develop.
  • Must have good knowledge in English Language to speak and write.
