Your Responsibilities:
  • Leading Controls teams comprising programme and project employees to deliver functions like master data set management, benefits realisation, change control, earned value management, interface management, reporting, risk, schedule management.
  • Driving performance in line with Portfolio drumbeat and governance structure (including reporting) and identifying performance insights to communicate to project teams.
  • Oversight of performance and continuous improvement in standard processes and training team members in necessary procedures.

  • Accountability for PMO and project controls performance of all service delivery for assigned hubs.

  • Partnering with clients to exceed expectations and build strong professional relationships.
