Project Director - Water Park Operations


We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our water park operations team. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your leadership skills and experience in managing complex projects to ensure the successful delivery of our water park project.

  • The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing all site supervision activities across all disciplines, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.">
  • This involves coordinating with contractors, design consultants, and vendors to ensure that the project progresses smoothly and efficiently.">
  • The Project Director will also be responsible for monitoring the execution of specialized installations, such as water rides and filtration systems, and tracking construction progress to identify any potential risks or issues.">
  • They will review contractor schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure that the project stays on track, and ensure that quality assurance and control processes are enforced throughout the project.">
  • The Project Director will also be responsible for leading coordination meetings and resolving any site issues that may arise during the project.">
  • They will prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of the project's progress.">
  • In addition, the Project Director will support the commissioning and testing of water systems and equipment, and perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.">
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management, including 5+ years in water parks or similar recreational facilities.">
  • Experience with aquatic equipment, pool systems, and international codes.">
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Excellent numerical and communication skills.">
