As a Design Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business, and in helping us to achieve our strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective design management strategies and processes, and for leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

You will also provide coaching and mentoring to team members to improve their skills and performance, and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications in design management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
