Cashier Position

We are seeking an efficient and skilled cashier to fill this role in Salalah, Oman. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a friendly demeanor
  • Process cash transactions accurately
  • Provide customers with receipts and change as needed
  • Maintain an organized checkout area
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Ensure all prices are accurate on products
  • Keep track of inventory levels at the checkout counter
  • Assist with bagging items for customers as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • BASIC MATH SKILLS FOR HANDLING CASH TRANSACTIONS
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to arrange own housing in Salalah, Oman

Benefits:

This contract position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month, including free visa and ticket. Prior experience is not required, but the ability to communicate fluently in English is preferred.
