Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to join our team in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the financial outcome of projects by processing valuations and variations.
  2. Conduct monthly measurements to ensure accurate project progress tracking.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in consultancy or contracting, with expertise in MS Office and Autodesk software.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in special or mixed-use projects.
  • Omani nationals are eligible to apply.
