Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to oversee the smooth operation of our Food and Beverage department. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless service execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve outstanding guest satisfaction and loyalty results
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key objectives and initiatives
  • Manage inventory, requisitions, and stock levels to optimize profitability and minimize waste
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high standards

Requirements

To succeed in this critical role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a fast-paced hotel environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and budgeting
  • Hands-on knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
