School Leadership Position

To provide strategic vision and direction for the school, ensuring high-quality education and improved standards of learning and achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote academic excellence and maintain a strong foundation to achieve exceptional results in all areas of the school's work.
  • Maintain robust governance and support the governing body to set school strategies, goals, and development plans.
  • Provide world-class education by effective management of teaching and learning and using student-centred learning approaches.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, equality, and high expectations among students.
  • Lead integrity, creativity, resilience, and clarity, adhering to regulatory requirements and instructions.
School Leadership Objectives
  • Inspire and influence others to believe in the importance of education and promote its value.
  • Ensure school systems, organisation, policies, procedures, and processes are well-structured, efficient, and fit for purpose.
  • Secure excellent levels of education through analytical understanding of how students learn and successful classroom practice.
  • Maintain a safe, calm, and well-ordered environment for all students and staff.
  • Distribute leadership throughout the organisation and oversee school activities to ensure educational goals and outcomes are met.
Requirements
  • A minimum of Master's Degree in Education Leadership or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a school headteacher with proven track record.
  • Native English Speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with the National British Curriculum and ability to adapt to changing educational landscape.
