The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the success of our education centre. As a key member of our team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet student enrolment and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy: Create and execute plans to attract and retain students, resulting in increased revenue and enrolment numbers.
  2. Centre Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the centre, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  4. Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students, ensuring a seamless admissions process.
  5. Business Development: Establish and maintain relationships with universities, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to expand course offerings and increase student reach.
  6. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  7. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
  8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration, education, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, admissions, or centre management within education.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-driven with a history of meeting targets.
  • Analytical skills with ability to develop strategies for improvement.
  • Experience in marketing, networking, and stakeholder engagement an asset.
  • CRM and student management system proficiency.
