Job Title: Senior Water Infrastructure Manager

A dynamic leadership opportunity is available for a seasoned Civil Engineer to spearhead the management of water treatment projects. We seek an experienced professional with a strong track record in construction project management, budgeting, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale wastewater treatment projects.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure effective communication and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water infrastructure management.
  3. Proven track record in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
  4. Strong understanding of local regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MEng).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE).
  • Experience working in the Middle East or similar regions.
