Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Professional to lead our team in implementing and managing Microsoft infrastructure. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining complex Microsoft environments, including Active Directory and Exchange.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop strategic goals for Microsoft infrastructure, identifying and closing existing gaps.
  • Create a migration roadmap to Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
  • Document all configurations, security policies, and migration plans.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to the technical team, with a focus on cloud security best practices.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing business operations during any changes or implementations.
  • Align all work with internal standards, policies, and international best practices.
  • Gather requirements from various stakeholders and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct regular security audits and implement robust authentication and access control measures.
  • Maintain Active Directory (AD) health, including domain controller replication and AD site configuration.
  • Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Exchange Server environments.
  • Participate in failover drills, disaster recovery setup, and ensure full environment readiness.
  • Automate routine tasks using tools such as PowerShell and third-party solutions.
  • Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and manage AD and Exchange environments.
  • Apply Zero Trust architecture principles and implement security hardening measures.
  • Work with and support related systems such as IAM, SCCM, and other infrastructure tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, particularly Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Proven experience in cloud migration, including Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong knowledge of networking and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust security models, compliance audits, and best practices.
  • Experience in IAM, SCCM, and similar systems.
  • Strong skills in documentation, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement.
