Business Product Strategist

This position requires an individual who can analyze the needs of business customers and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Responsibilities will include analyzing existing market insights and mandating new market research and competitive analysis as a basis for the positioning and design of the product portfolio.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed specifications for products and services, including business rules, activation forms, welcome packs, price and product sheets, FAQs, etc.
  • Working closely with technical teams to generate design documents and processes, and coordinating implementation of products between network and IT, Customer Service, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting sales and customer service training (train the trainer).
  • Providing input for user guides, user interfaces, etc.
  • Managing the go-to-market process and monitoring product performance in terms of uptake, usage, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively managing product lifecycle, taking an active role in making future business plans.
Requirements

A university degree is required, along with a minimum of 6 years of related working experience in the Telecom Industry, preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in product development and management.
