About this Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Planning Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects and conducting studies to improve the bank's overall performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  2. Lead specific projects in various areas of the bank, ensuring timely completion and effective outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with top management to formulate and execute strategies, improve processes, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve long-term goals and objectives.
  5. Facilitate strategy implementation reviews with business teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  6. Produce and communicate strategy-related reports and documentation in accordance with defined formats and timelines.
  7. Identify and address impediments to strategy implementation and propose solutions.
  8. Conduct special studies and market research to inform business decisions.
  9. Investigate areas for improvement and contribute to initiatives within Strategy & Planning.
