The Role of a Strategic Investment Manager:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Manager to join our team. As a strategic Investment Manager, you will be responsible for executing our investment strategy to achieve long-term financial goals.

Your primary objective will be to source investment opportunities and lead a set of investment transactions. You will conduct thorough market research to stay abreast with the latest trends in the ICT sector and investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Group Director in managing the Group's investment preferences and targets
  • Participates in creating the investment strategy and investment policies of the Group
  • Actively sources deals and co-develops business plans with leadership teams
  • Leverages your expertise to assess investment opportunities in accordance with the investment guidelines and coordinate intra-Group activities
  • Liaises with external stakeholders, including legal support and due diligence teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant business segments
  • Proven track record in M&A transactions
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel modelling

In order to excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of M&A processes, valuation methodologies, and the ICT industry trends.

You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
