Job Title: Farm Butcher

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Butcher to join our team. As a Farm Butcher, you will be responsible for planning and executing the slaughter and butchering of farm meat products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Slaughter and Butchering: Plan and execute the slaughter and butchering of farm meat products in accordance with industry standards and company protocols.
  • Order Management: Manage daily orders of meat for distribution, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Maintenance and Hygiene: Ensure maintenance and hygiene schedules for equipment are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Reporting: Provide daily reports to management on stocks processed and consumable items used.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Age Criteria: Minimum 25 years to 55 years old.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years to 35 years of experience in butchering or related fields.

Work Environment:

The position requires working in both indoor and outdoor conditions, throughout the year. There is a physical aspect to the role, requiring lifting and other physical activities. The company provides necessary protective equipment and clothing, ensuring a safe working environment.
