Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Scheduling Interviews: Identify and attract qualified candidates through a range of channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and industry-specific events.
- Candidate Evaluation and Shortlisting: Review and filter resumes based on skills, experience, and GCC compliance, followed by structured screening calls to assess candidate motivation, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
- Interviews and Selection Process: Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews with candidates to evaluate their fit for the position and the organization, and assist in arranging face-to-face or online interviews with higher management.
- Hiring Process Management: Coordinate the hiring process with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Negotiation and Salary Decision: Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the candidate in consultation with higher management.
- Background Check and Employment Reference Checking: Conduct thorough background checks and employment reference checks to verify candidate credentials.
- Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular reports to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process, and ensure adherence to organizational rules, regulations, and recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with at least two sectors among Healthcare, Hospitality, or Organic Farming.
- Skills: Demonstrated success in hiring hard-to-fill roles, expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, experience in hiring niche, high-volume roles, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to meet deadlines and targets, and well-organized detail-oriented confident personality.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have GCC experience, the ability to manage a high volume of hiring and niche positions alike, attention to detail, adaptability, results-driven and target-oriented, flexibility to adapt across industries and requirements, problem-solving and critical thinking, cultural awareness and GCC market understanding.
