Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Scheduling Interviews: Identify and attract qualified candidates through a range of channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and industry-specific events.
  2. Candidate Evaluation and Shortlisting: Review and filter resumes based on skills, experience, and GCC compliance, followed by structured screening calls to assess candidate motivation, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
  3. Interviews and Selection Process: Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews with candidates to evaluate their fit for the position and the organization, and assist in arranging face-to-face or online interviews with higher management.
  4. Hiring Process Management: Coordinate the hiring process with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  5. Negotiation and Salary Decision: Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the candidate in consultation with higher management.
  6. Background Check and Employment Reference Checking: Conduct thorough background checks and employment reference checks to verify candidate credentials.
  7. Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular reports to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process, and ensure adherence to organizational rules, regulations, and recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with at least two sectors among Healthcare, Hospitality, or Organic Farming.
  • Skills: Demonstrated success in hiring hard-to-fill roles, expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, experience in hiring niche, high-volume roles, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to meet deadlines and targets, and well-organized detail-oriented confident personality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should have GCC experience, the ability to manage a high volume of hiring and niche positions alike, attention to detail, adaptability, results-driven and target-oriented, flexibility to adapt across industries and requirements, problem-solving and critical thinking, cultural awareness and GCC market understanding.
